Oakville is a beautiful, small town in the heart of Napa Valley and home to many well-known wineries, including Robert Mondavi, Groth, Silver Oak and Opus One. In fact, 25 wineries and over 5,000 acres of vineyard are located in Oakville.

In Oakville, the air is floral fresh and the wine is velvety smooth…which perfectly describes this wonderful bar of soap.

A smooth finish like a fine wine
Along with the same natural moisturizing oils found in our other soaps, this one also includes Tussah silk, kaolin clay and shea butter. The combination of each makes the soap’s lather extra silky and smooth. Made from silk worms, Tussah silk has a cotton-like texture. By melting it into the oils and lye before the soap saponifies, the silk adds a velvety feel. Kaolin clay not only enhances the lather but also helps the fragrance last longer. Shea butter adds a creaminess to the lather and helps make a harder bar of soap.

A floral, fresh scent
The scent of this carefully-crafted soap has many inviting characteristics, and similar to wine, the interpretation will be unique to each individual. Some may identify notes of lilies and lilac while others may pick up violets, vanilla or grape.

Oakville soap is made with all-natural oils and phthalate-free fragrance.
